As per provision of Assam Service Pension Rules, 1969, a Government employee who has gone an superannuation or died in harness is eligible for family, gratuity to the family of Government employee.
There is a provision of Special Family pension in respect of the family of the Government employee who died in harness till the date of retirement. Particulars to be furnished :
